1. Scope
edventure Studios GmbH, Elisabethstraße 85/W616, 8010 Graz, registered under FN 601016y, provides online tutoring for individuals and small groups, a companion app, learning-goal reviews and practice materials.
The customer signing the selected package is the contracting party. Learners who are not themselves customers do not acquire independent contractual claims. These terms apply to tutoring contracts; changes are communicated by email together with applicable notice and consequences.
3. Contract, plans and booking
The provider and legal contracting party is edventure Studios GmbH. Konomondo is the brand and the selected service. For students who are minors, the contract must be concluded by a parent or legal guardian.
The available options are Konomondo Membership, Flex Tutoring and the free trial. The selected contract is concluded when the paid order has been successfully processed and completion confirmed. Contract documents are then sent by email. The selected plan and the prices and conditions displayed before ordering apply.
The trial ends automatically after the agreed period. A paid membership requires an express contract; registration or use of the trial alone never causes an automatic conversion.
Konomondo Membership is an open-ended contract with a minimum term of 6 months. After that period it can be terminated with one month’s notice to the end of a calendar month. All agreed membership benefits remain available until the actual contract end date.
Flex Tutoring is available without membership and without a minimum term. Only sessions actually used are billed, subject to the fee claims for late cancellation or unexcused absence set out in the cancellation conditions below.
The membership fee is generally billed monthly in advance from the contract start date. Tutoring sessions consumed in one month are billed together in arrears in the following month. Invoices are generally due within 14 days.
Discount codes may be used but cannot be combined. Only one code is allowed per contract. Validity, eligible products, discount amount and other conditions depend on the particular code and are taken into account at checkout.
Appointments are arranged directly with tutors subject to availability; no specific time slot is guaranteed. Participants need a suitable device and a stable internet connection. No particular learning outcome can be guaranteed.
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal described in the withdrawal information supplied during checkout. The separate checkout checkbox allows an express request for services to begin before the withdrawal period expires. The right may expire on full performance where the statutory requirements are met; starting the service alone does not remove it.
The checkout and contract documents are available in German and English. The language chosen at conclusion is used for the documents and confirmation.
- Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to two working days before the agreed time.
- In case of illness or another important reason, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- For unexcused absence or late cancellation, the fee remains payable.
- If edventure Studios cancels a session, it will not be charged.
7. Final provisions
Complaints may be sent to office@edventure.studio. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer linked.
Services are mainly offered in German and follow Austrian, German and Swiss curricula. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection at the customer's habitual residence remains unaffected.
