1. Scope
edventure Studios GmbH, Elisabethstraße 85/W616, 8010 Graz, registered under FN 601016y, provides online tutoring for individuals and small groups, a companion app, learning-goal reviews and practice materials.
The customer signing the selected package is the contracting party. Learners who are not themselves customers do not acquire independent contractual claims. These terms apply to tutoring contracts; changes are communicated by email together with applicable notice and consequences.
2. Registration
Registration and contracts require complete, accurate and current information and an active billing email address. There is no entitlement to registration.
3. Contract, service and booking
Selecting a package, entering the required information and placing a paid order constitutes a binding offer. Receipt is confirmed by email; acceptance follows through a separate order confirmation.
Konomondo Membership lasts for six months and then ends automatically. It does not renew automatically. We send an email reminder before the end and explain how to make a new booking. Flex Tutoring has no contractual commitment.
Appointments depend on availability and are arranged directly with tutors. Invoices are generally payable within 14 days. App exercises may be analysed for individual learning goals where consent has been given.
Sessions may be cancelled without reason up to two working days beforehand, or 24 hours beforehand in case of illness or another important reason. Unexcused absence remains chargeable; a cancellation by edventure Studios is not charged.
Participants require a suitable device and stable internet connection. Disruption caused by participant equipment is not refundable. Serious disruption, threats, discrimination or illegal content may lead to blocked bookings. No particular learning result can be guaranteed.
4. App use
Depending on the package, Konomondo may supplement tutoring with practice and revision. The app's usage terms also apply.
5. Materials and learning-goal reviews
Practice materials and learning-goal reviews are protected by copyright and licensed only for personal learning within the booked service. Sharing or publication requires prior written consent.
6. Privacy
Information about personal-data processing is available in the internal privacy policy at /en/privacy.
7. Final provisions
Complaints may be sent to office@edventure.studio. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer linked.
Services are mainly offered in German and follow Austrian, German and Swiss curricula. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection at the customer's habitual residence remains unaffected.
